Piano Instruction

Dr. Melissa Sky-Eagle is available for private piano instruction at the following rates:

• $40 for a 30 minute lesson
• $50 for a 45 minute lesson
• $60 for a one hour lesson

Piano lessons are taught at Dr. Sky-Eagle's studio in Highland Park (Los Angeles), CA.

If Dr. Sky-Eagle travels to the student's home or another location for lessons, rates may vary, depending on the distance. Contact her directly for additional information.

Dr. Sky-Eagle previously taught at the Seoul Academy of Music, La Crescenta, CA and the Old Town Conservatory of Music, Pasadena, CA.

Undergraduate Piano Instruction

Dr. Sky-Eagle has taught graduate and undergraduate piano majors, functional piano students, and keyboard literature at California Baptist University, Riverside, CA, since the fall semester of 2003.

Music Theory Instruction and Tutoring:

Dr. Sky-Eagle is also available for Music Theory instruction and tutoring. She was a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Music Theory and taught freshman and sophomore music theory, and Form and Analysis at The Peabody Conservatory of Music of The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD.

   You, too, can learn to play the piano...but it's not quite that easy!
